SMS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Holland Land Resources, LLC ("Holland," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our text messaging program (the "Program"). It applies to anyone who has opted in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us, including employees, contractors, vendors, and job applicants. 1. Information we collect
hen you participate in the Program, we collect:
- Your mobile number and the date, time, and method of your opt-in
- Messages you send us, including text and any photos or files you attach, such as receipts
- Delivery information from our messaging provider, such as whether a message was delivered and when
- Your replies, including STOP, START, HELP, and confirmations such as "Y"
We do not collect location data, contacts, or other information from your phone.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to operate the Program:
- To send you work, expense, travel, human resources, and hiring messages related to your relationship with Holland
- To match receipts you send to expenses in our internal TeamNexis system and to record the expense details you provide
- To honor your opt-out and help requests
- To keep records required for accounting, payroll, and employment purposes
- To troubleshoot delivery problems
We do not use your mobile number or Program data for marketing, and we do not send promotional messages through the Program.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We share Program information only with:
- Our messaging provider, which transmits messages on our behalf and processes them only as our service provider
- Our internal systems and service providers that host TeamNexis and our file storage, under contracts that restrict use to our business purposes
- Our accountants, auditors, and payment processors, when receipts or expense records are needed for bookkeeping, tax, or client billing
- Clients, limited to expense details billed to that client, and never your mobile number or messages
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and safety
4. How long we keep it
Receipts and expense records are kept as long as our accounting and tax retention rules require, generally seven years. Message logs are kept for as long as needed to operate the Program and resolve disputes. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we do not message you again. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. How we protect it
Program data is stored in access-controlled systems available only to Holland staff whose roles require it. Receipt images are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out does not affect your employment, engagement, or application.

- Correct or update your number by contacting us or updating your profile in TeamNexis.
- Ask what we hold about you in the Program or request deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations, by contacting us below.
7. Children
The Program is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://www.holland-lr.com/sms-privacy with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced by message or email.
