SMS/MMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Holland Land Resources, LLC ("Holland," "we," "us") operates a text messaging program ("the Program") for our employees, contractors, vendors, and job applicants who have opted in to receive messages from us. These Terms and Conditions govern the Program. By opting in, you agree to them.
1. What the Program is
The Program sends and receives SMS and MMS text messages related to your work with or application to Holland Land Resources, including:
- Work notifications: schedules, task assignments, daily planning, approvals, and reminders from our internal TeamNexis application
- Expense and receipt handling: you may text photos of receipts to our receipt number, and we may reply with a proposed expense match for you to confirm
- Travel confirmations and itinerary updates
- Human resources and onboarding notices
- Hiring communications with applicants, including screening questions and interview scheduling
- Account notices such as verification codes
Messages are transactional and informational. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this Program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by one of the following: providing your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box in TeamNexis or in an onboarding or application form; replying START or YES to a message from us; or texting a receipt or other message to a Holland number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, engagement, or hiring.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your role and activity. Most participants receive fewer than 30 messages per month. You may receive more during onboarding, travel, or payroll periods, or if you send receipts by text.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Holland Land Resources does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from that number. You may re-enable messages by replying START. Opting out of texts does not affect your employment, engagement, or application; we will contact you by email or phone instead.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [support email] or [support phone]. Our mailing address is [company mailing address].
7. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and to network availability.
8. Your information and privacy
We use your mobile number only to operate the Program. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Photos and content you send to us, such as receipts, are used only for the business purpose you sent them for and are stored in our internal systems under access controls. 9. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, notify us so we can update or stop messages to that number.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://www.holland-lr.com/sms-terms, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
