END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Holland Land Resources ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "you"). By accessing or using this application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Application

This App is an internal business tool that integrates with Intuit QuickBooks to access and manage company financial data. The App is designed solely for internal use by authorized personnel of [Your Company Name].

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your authorized access to company financial data.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals

  • Use the App to access data you are not authorized to view

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

5. Data Access and Usage

The App accesses financial data from your QuickBooks account including, but not limited to:

  • Transaction records

  • Customer and vendor information

  • Financial reports

  • Account balances

  • Invoices and payment records

This data is accessed solely for the purpose of internal business operations and analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Holland Land Resources. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

7. Intuit Integration

This App uses Intuit's APIs to access QuickBooks data. Your use of the App is also subject to:

  • Intuit's Terms of Service

  • Intuit's API Terms of Service

  • QuickBooks Terms of Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLLAND LAND RESOURCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

11. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Holland Land Resources regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
